Please email the software vendor using the vendor's support email address. Include in the email your order number
and description of the problem.
3: You request a refund:
Each company has their own refund policy. You must obtain the refund from the company of origin. If you
require a refund, please email the software vendor (company of origin) your email address, the order number and the
reason why you are requesting a refund. The procedure you will take for refunds will be according to the policy of
the company in question.
